Sales Executive ( Fresher )

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for conducting high-volume outbound calls, connecting with potential clients, presenting our solutions, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients and businesses
  • Introduce and pitch company services and solutions professionally
  • Identify customer needs and generate interest in company offerings
  • Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and KPIs
  • Handle objections professionally and convert conversations into opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and sales processes
  • Stay updated with company products, services, and market trends
  • Prepare activity reports and maintain organized documentation of sales activities

You’re a Fit If You:

  • Are fluent in English with a confident, persuasive phone presence
  • Thrive on targets and enjoy closing conversations
  • Are a quick learner with a positive attitude toward feedback and improvement
  • Have 0–1 year experience in sales, call centers, customer support, or related fields (freshers are welcome)
  • Can work efficiently with CRM software and MS Office applications
  • Have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Are self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong objection-handling and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement
  • Team player with a growth mindset
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing sales strategies
