We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to convert warm inbound leads into loyal, long-term customers. You&rsquo;ll be at the forefront of our growth, helping prospects understand the value of our AI-powered solutions and guiding them toward success.Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and lead platforms (e.g., Upwork, Bark, and Social Media Marketing).</li><li>Engage with warm inbound leads and conduct scheduled discovery and sales calls.</li><li>Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to propose tailored AI-based solutions.</li><li>Deliver compelling product demonstrations and persuasive presentations to key decision-makers.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Maintain a 60%+ close rate by effectively managing your pipeline and timely follow-ups.</li><li>Consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets (USD 5,000 &ndash; 10,000).</li><li>Re-engage cold or missed leads through strategic follow-ups.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve the client journey.</li><li>Conduct market research to stay informed on trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, as needed.</li><li>Provide actionable feedback to improve the sales process, messaging, and user experience.</li><li>Communicate professionally to establish trust and credibility with prospects and clients.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in inbound or international sales.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.</li><li>Proven ability to negotiate and close deals confidently.</li><li>Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to exceed performance targets.</li><li>Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.</li><li>Fluency in English (written and spoken) is preferred.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Salary: Up to PKR 200,000/month</li><li>Commission: Up to 3% (USD-based)</li><li>Paid leaves</li><li>Career growth and development opportunities</li><li>Innovative and supportive work environment</li></ul>Timings: Monday-Friday, 9 p.m. to 06 a.m.Location:Gulshan-e-Iqbal, KarachiTo Apply: Send your resume to careers@amzoner.com with the subject line &ldquo;Business Development Executive.&rdquo;Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have in sales of digital services/products (Logo Design, Application Development, Website Development or any other digital product or service)?</li><li>Will you be able to perform the data collection/scrapping from social media sites for the targeted audience?
