Customer Support

We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting company products/services to generate sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, chats, or social media
  • Provide information about company products and services
  • Assist customers with complaints, concerns, and problem resolution
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
  • Generate sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Record customer interactions and maintain accurate customer data
  • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and sales opportunities
  • Meet assigned customer service and sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Customer service or sales experience is preferred but fresh candidates can also apply
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
