We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting company products/services to generate sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, chats, or social media
- Provide information about company products and services
- Assist customers with complaints, concerns, and problem resolution
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Generate sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate customer data
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and sales opportunities
- Meet assigned customer service and sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Customer service or sales experience is preferred but fresh candidates can also apply
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
- Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
