Cold caller

We are seeking a motivated and confident Cold Caller to generate leads and sales by contacting potential customers via phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists
  • Introduce products/services and explain their benefits
  • Engage prospects and identify sales opportunities
  • Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM systems
  • Follow scripts while adapting to conversations naturally
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally
  • Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred)
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to remain resilient and motivated after rejection
  • Basic computer skills (CRM tools, spreadsheets)
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in [insert required language(s)]

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Sales-driven mindset with goal-oriented attitude
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
