LMT Manager

Belco Chocolates is looking for an experienced LMT Manager to handle modern trade operations, manage key retail accounts, and drive sales growth across supermarkets and retail chains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with modern trade outlets (supermarkets, marts, retail chains)
• Ensure product availability and visibility in stores
• Achieve sales targets and expand LMT business
• Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and production teams
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Handle promotions, display execution, and merchandising activities
• Supervise LMT riders and field staff
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG / Modern Trade
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of Karachi market and retail chains
• Leadership and team management skills
