Job Introduction:
We are looking for energetic and goal-driven Sales Executives to join our Karachi team. This role focuses on client acquisition, product promotion, and driving sales for our advanced security and fire safety solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and onboard new clients while maintaining strong relationships.-
-Present and promote products (Fire Doors, Road Blockers, Turnstiles, Flap Barriers, Bollards, Tyre Killers, etc.).
-Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.
-Assist in company registration with tenders and procurement departments.
-Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate with internal teams.
-Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-Support marketing and sales activities in the Karachi region.
Requirements / Skills:
-1–2 years of sales/marketing experience with a proven track record.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Basic technical understanding of security systems (preferred).
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Salary:
50,000 – 60,000 Rs / Month
**We offer a 3-month probation period with a stipend range of 45k-50k, leading to a permanent position based on performance evaluation. **
