We are looking for a dynamic Client Acquisition Specialist - Online Bidding Platform who will drive business growth through both outbound sales activities and online bidding platforms. The role requires strong communication skills, client handling expertise, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to promote and sell products/services
- Build, maintain, and regularly update a customer database
- Expand existing customer base while generating new leads
- Record detailed call history and customer interactions
- Ensure consistent follow-ups to close leads and maintain relationships
- Share product materials (brochures, catalogs, proposals, etc.) via email
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions
- Respond to inquiries and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Identify and apply to relevant projects on online freelancing platforms
- Write customized, high-converting proposals based on client requirements
- Communicate with international clients to understand project scope and expectations
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project deliverables
- Convert bids into successful projects and long-term clients
- Maintain a strong Upwork profile (ratings, response time, and portfolio coordination)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and delivery
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Strong proposal writing and client handling skills
- Experience with online bidding platforms.
- Sales-driven mindset with negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Qualification & Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or on online bidding platforms. Proven track record of closing deals (local or international clients) is a plus

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
