Job Type: Full-Time - (6pm to 3am - Mon to Fri)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a high-performing Front Sales Specialists to join our dynamic team and drive revenue through effective client engagement and lead conversion. freshers are encourage to apply if they are confident to deal with US based clients on call.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with a strong track record in converting Meta (Facebook & Instagram), SEO, Bark and LinkedIn paid leads into paying clients. The ideal candidate is confident in handling international clients, understands digital services, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert inbound Meta (Facebook/Instagram), SEO, Bark and LinkedIn leads into qualified sales opportunities
  • Engage with warm and cold prospects via calls, email, and social platforms
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver a consultative sales experience
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services to maximize revenue
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets ($5,000 – $8,000)
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in front sales, business development, or inside sales (software, mobile apps, or web services preferred)
  • Hands-on experience managing and converting Meta Paid Leads
  • Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory for international client handling)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Basic understanding of technical services (no coding required)
