We are looking for Finance Executives to manage daily accounting operations and support the Finance Manager in building a well-organized and reliable finance function.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Accounting Work

• Record supplier invoices and process vendor payments.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable entries, including customer collections.
• Maintain and update ledgers, journal entries, and supporting documents.

Reconciliations and Reports

• Perform bank reconciliations and courier reconciliations (COD payments vs. deliveries).
• Prepare and share daily and weekly financial summaries with the Finance Manager.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).

Compliance and Documentation

• Support tax filing preparation (sales tax, income tax, withholding tax).
• Maintain organized files of invoices, receipts, and contracts for audits.

Team Support

• Assist the Finance Manager in implementing SOPs and internal controls.
• Coordinate with other departments (fulfillment, operations, and partnerships) to ensure accurate entries and reconciliations.

What We’re Looking For

Skills and Traits

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Good command of Excel and familiarity with accounting software (SAP B1 is a plus).
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 1 to 2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates with strong skills will also be considered).
