Amazon Account Manager (Private Label – PPC & Growth)

Nazgrow is hiring an experienced Amazon Account Manager with hands-on expertise in Amazon Private Label (PL) brands.

This role is for individuals who have already managed Amazon accounts and understand how to scale products using PPC, listing optimization, and data driven strategies.

You will be responsible for handling live client accounts, improving performance, and driving consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow Amazon Private Label accounts (end-to-end)
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Auto, Manual, Scaling)
  • Conduct advanced keyword research & competitor analysis
  • Optimize campaign structure, bids, budgets, and targeting strategies
  • Analyze key metrics (ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR) and take action
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and reduce wasted ad spend
  • Oversee and guide listing optimization (titles, bullets, images, A+ content)
  • Maintain account health, inventory planning, and backend operations
  • Troubleshoot account issues and implement growth strategies
  • Work closely with internal team (design, content, strategy)

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon Private Label accounts
  • Strong command of Amazon Seller Central & PPC (campaign structure + scaling)
  • Solid understanding of Amazon ranking and conversion strategies
  • Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions
  • Experience handling multiple products or accounts
  • Strong discipline, ownership mindset, and accountability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Must be comfortable working onsite
