PPC Specialist (Google & Meta)

We are hiring a PPC Specialist with proven experience generating qualified leads for Digital Marketing Services, E-commerce Services, and Virtual Assistant Services. You will manage Google and Meta advertising campaigns end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and scale Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Build lead generation funnels tailored for agency and e-commerce services
• Run retargeting and custom audience campaigns
• Monitor CPL, ROAS, conversions, and overall performance
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ads, and landing pages
• Recommend improvements and weekly performance insights
• Experience with VA hiring funnels (bonus)

Requirements

• 3–4 years of PPC experience (Google + Meta)
• Strong portfolio of lead generation campaigns (Mandatory)
• Deep understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion funnels
• Experience with GHL, Hubspot, Pixel setup, or analytics tools is a plus
• Ability to scale campaigns profitably

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
