Digital Marketing Manager

Location: DHA Phase 2, Karachi
Timing: Night Shift I 6 pm - 3 am/ 7 pm - 4 am (US Hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals across RPM, RCM, and AI healthcare solutions.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through performance marketing campaigns and conversion optimization.
  • Manage and enhance the company’s online presence including website, landing pages, and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-quality, engaging digital content (blogs, videos, case studies, ads, etc.).
  • Ensure all digital content aligns with brand messaging, healthcare compliance, and accuracy standards.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, ad platforms, CRM tools) and optimize based on insights.
  • Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and implement on-page/off-page optimization strategies.
  • Manage paid advertising budgets and ensure maximum ROI across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Track industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies to stay ahead in the healthcare space.
  • Build and execute email marketing and marketing automation workflows to nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, partnerships) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Support digital initiatives for partnerships with clinics, providers, and healthcare organizations.

Assist in digital promotion for events, webinars, and industry conferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles.
  • Prior experience in the IT and/or Healthcare industry is required.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), and email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar platforms) and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Experience working with US-based audiences and markets is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs250,000.00 per month
