Digital Marketing Specialist - US Based

Role Overview:

We are looking for a globally-oriented Lead who can drive Company’s international brand positioning, storytelling, and demand generation.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience working with international clients, markets, or campaigns, and who understands how to position a product/service for a global audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. International Brand Positioning

  • Develop and execute Company’s global brand narrative
  • Build case studies, testimonials, and success stories for international audiences
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all global touchpoints

2. Digital & Growth Marketing

  • Plan and execute global marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Manage performance marketing for lead generation across international markets
  • Optimize campaigns based on ROI, CAC, and conversion metrics

3. Content & Communication

  • Lead creation of high-quality marketing content:
  • Website copy
  • Pitch decks
  • Case studies
  • Social media (LinkedIn focus)
  • Translate technical/agri solutions into clear, compelling narratives

4. Market Expansion Support

  • Support entry into new international markets (Canada, GCC, etc.)
  • Work closely with BD / Sales teams on proposals and client communication
  • Assist in building go-to-market (GTM) strategies

5. Analytics & Insights

  • Track campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
  • Continuously improve messaging and targeting

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university:
  • IBA / LUMS / CBM / Habib / international university preferred
  • 4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Growth / Brand / Product Marketing
  • Must have worked in Startup / SaaS / agency / tech / e-commerce environment

Mandatory: International Exposure

Candidate MUST have at least one of the following:

  • Worked with international clients (US / UK / GCC / Canada)
  • Managed global marketing campaigns
  • Experience in export / international business marketing
  • OR studied/worked abroad

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of:
  • Performance marketing (Meta, Google Ads)
  • Content & brand storytelling
  • Marketing analytics & tools
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment

Preferred Traits (What makes a perfect fit)

  • Experience in B2B or agri-tech / tech products
  • Strong LinkedIn content + personal branding understanding
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and build from scratch
  • Creative + data-driven mindset
