Etsy Sales Manager, Fashion Clothing (UK and US)

About the role

We are a fashion clothing manufacturer selling on Etsy across the US and UK markets. We are looking for a driven Etsy Sales Manager whose sole focus is growing sales volume, improving conversion rates, and maximising the return on every pound and dollar spent on Etsy Ads. You will not deal with inventory or logistics. Your job is to sell.

What you will do

• Grow sales volume and revenue across both Etsy US and Etsy UK storefronts
• Manage and optimise Etsy Ads to maximise ROAS and reduce the cost per sale
• Optimise listings with strong titles, tags, and descriptions to rank in Etsy search
• Conduct keyword research using tools such as eRank or Marmalead to drive organic traffic
• Run seasonal promotions, sales events, and coupon campaigns to boost conversion
• Analyse shop stats weekly and act fast to improve click-through and conversion rates
• Monitor competitor shops and pricing to keep our listings sharp in both markets
• Maintain Star Seller status and a strong review score across both storefronts

What we are looking for

• Proven track record of growing Etsy sales volume, fashion or clothing experience preferred
• Strong hands-on experience with Etsy Ads and ROAS optimisation
• Deep knowledge of Etsy SEO, search ranking, and the Etsy algorithm
• Obsessed with conversion rates and reducing the cost of acquiring each sale
• Familiar with eRank, Marmalead, or similar Etsy research tools
• Analytical, self-driven, and comfortable making decisions from shop data
• Experience across both US and UK Etsy markets is a strong advantage
