Amazon Paid Ads Specialist (Mid-Level)Private Label Fashion Brand | US &amp; UK MarketplacesWe are an established private label men&rsquo;s and women&rsquo;s clothing brand selling on Amazon US and UK. We manufacture our own products, which gives us strong margins and full control over pricing and scaling strategy.We are looking for a mid-level Amazon Paid Ads Specialist who can manage and grow our PPC performance while keeping profitability under control.This role is ideal for someone who already has solid hands-on Amazon advertising experience and wants to take more ownership in scaling a brand.Your Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns</li><li>Structure campaigns correctly for scaling and clean data tracking</li><li>Improve ACOS and TACOS while increasing total revenue</li><li>Launch and support new product advertising strategies</li><li>Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis</li><li>Reduce wasted spend and improve campaign efficiency</li><li>Monitor daily performance metrics and identify growth opportunities</li><li>Provide weekly performance updates with clear recommendations</li></ul>You will work directly with leadership and have input in scaling decisions.Required Experience<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience</li><li>Experience working with private label brands</li><li>Strong understanding of ACOS, TACOS, CVR, CTR, and contribution margin</li><li>Experience in Amazon US or UK marketplace</li><li>Comfortable analyzing data and making independent optimization decisions</li></ul>Experience in fashion or apparel is a plus, but not essential.What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Performance-driven mindset</li><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Ability to scale campaigns, not just &ldquo;optimize keywords&rdquo;</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive base salary (based on experience)</li><li>Performance-based bonus linked to revenue and profit growth</li><li>Long-term growth opportunity within a scaling brand</li><li>Direct exposure to strategic decisions</li><li>Clear communication and accountability</li><li>Someone who thinks in profit, not just ad metrics</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is the highest monthly Amazon ad spend you have personally managed?</li></ul>What was the revenue growth you achieved for your last brand?.Education:<ul><li>Intermediate (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Fashion or apparel category experience (Preferred): 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Amazon Advertising Certification (Preferred) (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
