About the role

We are a fashion clothing manufacturer selling on eBay.co.uk and eBay.com. We are looking for a results-driven eBay Sales Manager whose sole focus is growing sales volume, maximising ROAS, and reducing the cost of acquiring each sale. You will not deal with inventory or logistics. Your job is to sell.

What you will do

• Grow sales volume and revenue across both eBay.co.uk and eBay.com
• Plan and manage Promoted Listings campaigns to maximise ROAS and reduce cost per sale
• Optimise listings for eBay Best Match, improving search ranking and click-through rates
• Write compelling titles, descriptions, and item specifics that convert browsers into buyers
• Use eBay Promotions Manager to run sales events, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
• Analyse performance data weekly and make fast, data-led decisions to improve conversion
• Monitor competitor pricing and positioning to keep our listings ahead in both markets

What we are looking for

• Proven track record of growing eBay sales volume, fashion or clothing experience preferred
• Strong hands-on experience with Promoted Listings and ROAS optimisation
• Deep knowledge of eBay Best Match, Seller Hub, and Terapeak
• Obsessed with conversion rates and the cost of acquiring each sale
• Analytical, self-driven, and comfortable making decisions from data
• Experience across both eBay.co.uk and eBay.com is a strong advantage
