JOB DETAILS

Qual: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, payroll and reporting.

JOB PURPOSE
To support comprehensive HR operations by preparing job descriptions and KPIs, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, managing payroll and banking activities, and maintaining accurate employee joining, discharge records, and monthly HR reports.

POSITION DIMENSIONS

1. HR Operations & Documentation

Prepare and update Job Descriptions (JDs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Prepare employee joining and discharge minute sheets with proper approvals.

2. Recruitment, Onboarding & Exit Management

Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling and candidate communication.

Manage end-to-end onboarding process, including offer letters and joining formalities.

Assist in employee exit procedures and documentation.

3. HR Circulars & Official Correspondence

Draft and issue HR circulars, daily office notifications, and internal communications.

Prepare employee warning letters, show-cause notices, and termination letters as per HR policy and management instructions.

Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and record-keeping of all official letters.

4. Payroll & Banking Operations

Coordinate salary processing and bank salary transfers.

Handle employee bank account documentation, verification letters, and payroll coordination.

5. Reporting & Compliance

Prepare monthly HR reports (attendance, leave, joiners, leavers, headcount, payroll summary).

Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws (as applicable), and confidentiality standards.

COMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Coordinate with department heads, finance team, banks, and employees. Act as focal point for HR communication, official correspondence, and reporting.

COMPETENCIES
HR documentation, JDs & KPIs preparation.

Drafting official HR letters and circulars.

Recruitment, onboarding, and exit management.

Payroll and banking coordination.

Strong organizational skills and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
