The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, SOP implementation, and team performance reporting. The role ensures alignment between people, processes, and organizational objectives while maintaining a compliant, structured, and high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill staffing requirements in line with business needs.
- Ensure hiring practices comply with internal policies and labor regulations.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and performance reporting systems.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of team productivity, headcount, and compliance metrics.
- Support management with HR analytics and workforce insights.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, warnings, and terminations in accordance with company policy and legal standards.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits, disputes, and regulatory reviews.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR and operational SOPs across departments.
- Ensure employees are trained on SOPs and policy updates.
- Monitor adherence and coordinate with QA and Operations to address gaps.
- Manage HR policies related to attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, confirmations, and exits.
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll inputs, salary reviews, and compliance matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Work closely with Operations, QA, Finance, and Training teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Support on-floor and remote teams with structured HR processes.
- Participate in audits, reviews, and management meetings as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in BPO, corporate, or service-based environments.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and SOP frameworks.
- Experience handling large teams and structured reporting environments.
