Human Resources Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern – Talent Acquisition to support our hiring initiatives and gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open roles
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Support employer branding and job postings across platforms
• Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation
• Assist the TA team with day-to-day hiring activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (8th semester students or fresh graduates preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in talent acquisition and HR operations
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
