Job Description

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic HR Interns to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to core HR functions in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
• Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
• Assist in attendance management and HR documentation
• Help with payroll coordination and basic HR reporting
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks as assigned

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final semester) in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team

Stipend & Compensation

• During Probation: PKR 30,000 (Stipend)
• After Successful Completion of Probation:
• Salary: PKR 40,000
• Performance-Based Bonus: Up to PKR 10,000
