Technical Recruiter (IT)

Job Summary:

SeeBiz is looking for an experienced and proactive Technical Recruiter with at least 3+ years of hands-on, end-to-end recruitment experience in an IT company. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of technical roles, hiring processes, and talent acquisition strategies within the software and technology domain.

This role requires ownership of the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring a strong candidate experience and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle IT recruitment, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team needs.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes to evaluate technical skills in areas such as software development, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, product management, data engineering, and related IT roles.
  • Conduct initial HR and technical screening calls to assess communication skills, technical understanding, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with stakeholders for timely feedback.
  • Manage and maintain candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems.
  • Handle salary negotiations and ensure smooth offer rollouts.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3+ years of end-to-end IT recruitment experience in a software or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles including frontend, backend, full stack, mobile development, cloud, DevOps, QA, and data-related positions.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
