Job Overview

Code Reve is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Internee to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or students who want hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee coordination, and corporate HR practices in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
• Support onboarding and documentation for new hires
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Help with attendance tracking and leave management
• Assist in posting job ads on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related matters
• Support HR team in daily administrative tasks
• Participate in HR projects and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Organized, punctual, and eager to learn
• Ability to work onsite at DHA Phase 5
• Available for evening shift (4 PM – 12 AM)

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract, Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
