Internship Tracks – Find Your Fit

1. Human Resources (HR) Intern

  • You will: Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding new hires, support HR operations, help organize learning & development initiatives, and contribute to employee engagement programs.
  • You are: A people-person with exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and an interest in cultivating company culture.

2. Technical Recruitment Intern

  • You will: Work alongside recruiters to source top tech talent, screen resumes, schedule interviews, learn to use cutting-edge recruitment tools (like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS), and help build candidate pipelines.
  • You are: Tech-savvy, a strong communicator, and fascinated by the tech landscape and the people who build it.

3. Service Delivery Intern

  • You will: Support project managers and delivery leads in ensuring client projects run smoothly. Tasks may include project documentation, client communication support, tracking deliverables, and analyzing service metrics.
  • You are: Detail-oriented, a problem-solver, and passionate about client satisfaction and operational excellence.

4. IT Vendor Management Intern

  • You will: Help manage relationships with our external partners and suppliers. Assist in vendor onboarding, performance tracking, contract review support, and cost analysis.
  • You are: Analytically minded, a strong negotiator in the making, and skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships.

5. Business Development Intern

  • You will: Conduct market research, identify potential clients, help craft outreach strategies, support the creation of proposals and presentations, and learn the art of the sales cycle.
  • You are: A go-getter with persuasive communication skills, resilience, and a hunger to help grow the business.

What We Look For (General Qualifications)

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • Proactive, "can-do" attitude with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
