BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Sychem Polymers LLC is a global supplier of recycled and near-prime plastic raw materials. We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to support our international B2B sales operations by identifying buyers, managing inquiries, and converting leads into shipments.

This role is ideal for a hard-working fresher who wants to learn international commodity trading, plastics, and global sales—directly under senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach international buyers of recycled and near-prime plastics (PVC, EVA, TPU, LLDPE, etc.)
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
  • Understand buyer requirements and match them with available materials.
  • Coordinate samples, trials, and commercial offers.
  • Follow up consistently with buyers to convert inquiries into orders.
  • Maintain lead records and deal progress reports.
  • Assist in price negotiations under guidance.
  • Work closely with logistics and operations for smooth execution.
  • Learn and apply Incoterms (FOB, CNF, CIF), container sizes, and shipment cycles.

Required Skills & Profile

  • Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
  • Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn B2B sales.
  • Highly disciplined, persistent, and target-oriented.
  • Comfortable working with international clients across time zones.
  • Ability to handle rejection and follow up professionally.
  • Basic computer skills (email, Excel, LinkedIn).

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Background in plastics, chemicals, polymers, or commodities.
  • Prior B2B sales or customer service exposure.
  • Spanish or additional language skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
