Key Responsibilities
· Revenue Growth: Drive aggressive sales targets within the Telecom and IT sectors.
· Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate long-term relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders.
· Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of account managers to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
· Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends (Cloud, B2B, international gateways, SME, etc.) to position our solutions effectively.
What You’ll Need
· Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of professional sales experience.
· Industry Focus: Deep expertise in the Telecom or IT/Tech sectors is mandatory.
· Local Knowledge: A strong network within the Lahore business ecosystem and corporate landscape.
· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology.
· Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and CRM management skills.
