We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of skills in strategic marketing, brand management, public relations, digital marketing, and event management.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with company objectives.</li><li>Ensure brand identity consistency across all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.</li><li>Lead digital marketing efforts including social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), content creation, and performance tracking.</li><li>Manage media relations, press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations.</li><li>Plan and coordinate events, sponsorships, and corporate participation.</li><li>Oversee marketing collaterals, in-house creative designing (graphics, illustrations, Photoshop, Dreamweaver), and layout designs.</li><li>Coordinate with advertising agencies, vendors, and internal teams (Admin/Finance) for campaign execution and billing processes.</li><li>Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to refine strategies.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with thought leaders, media, and industry partners.</li><li>Manage recruitment marketing and employer branding activities as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Education: MBA (Marketing) from a recognized university.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 8&ndash;10 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, PR, and digital marketing.</li><li>Proven expertise in:</li><li>Marketing plan development and strategy formulation</li><li>Brand management and activation</li><li>Social media management and content creation</li><li>Event management and sponsorships</li><li>Market research and analysis</li><li>Vendor and agency coordination</li><li>Technical Skills: MS Office and social media analytics.</li><li>Soft Skills: Positive attitude, detail-oriented, resourceful, trustworthy, excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and problem-solving.</li></ul>Preferred Additional Skills:<ul><li>Experience with global brand guidelines (e.g., ISP / Telecommunication / Satellite service providers).</li><li>Background in employer branding or recruitment marketing.</li><li>Strong media relations and PR track record.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Medical IP &amp; OPD (Including Parents)</li><li>PF</li><li>Professional growth opportunities</li><li>Dynamic and collaborative work environment</li></ul>Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
