We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of skills in strategic marketing, brand management, public relations, digital marketing, and event management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure brand identity consistency across all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Lead digital marketing efforts including social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), content creation, and performance tracking.
- Manage media relations, press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations.
- Plan and coordinate events, sponsorships, and corporate participation.
- Oversee marketing collaterals, in-house creative designing (graphics, illustrations, Photoshop, Dreamweaver), and layout designs.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, vendors, and internal teams (Admin/Finance) for campaign execution and billing processes.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to refine strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with thought leaders, media, and industry partners.
- Manage recruitment marketing and employer branding activities as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: MBA (Marketing) from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, PR, and digital marketing.
- Proven expertise in:
- Marketing plan development and strategy formulation
- Brand management and activation
- Social media management and content creation
- Event management and sponsorships
- Market research and analysis
- Vendor and agency coordination
- Technical Skills: MS Office and social media analytics.
- Soft Skills: Positive attitude, detail-oriented, resourceful, trustworthy, excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and problem-solving.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience with global brand guidelines (e.g., ISP / Telecommunication / Satellite service providers).
- Background in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
- Strong media relations and PR track record.
