Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to drive new business opportunities through platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, Bark, and Thumbtack. The ideal candidate will be skilled in identifying potential clients, engaging with prospects, and nurturing leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads on LinkedIn, Reddit, Bark, Thumbtack, and other online platforms.
• Engage with prospects through personalized outreach, messages, and responses.
• Qualify leads based on set criteria and pass them to the sales team for further action.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, conversations, and progress in CRM/lead management tools.
• Develop strategies to maximize lead generation through creative campaigns and community engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
• Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Reddit, Bark, and Thumbtack for lead generation.
• Strong written communication and persuasive messaging skills.
• Ability to research and identify decision-makers within target industries.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
