Business Development Associate (O/A Levels Candidates)

About the Role

Bitrupt is looking for motivated and confident O Level / A Level students (male/female) to join as Business Development Associates. The primary focus of this role is lead generation and initiating conversations with potential clients across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Discord, and other channels
• Initiate conversations with potential clients via chat-based communication
• Maintain a record of leads and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
• Support outreach campaigns and business development activities

Requirements

• O Level / A Level background
• Strong written English communication skills (chat-based)
• Basic understanding of social media platforms
• Confidence in initiating conversations with new people
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

• This role is focused on lead generation; candidates must be comfortable with outreach and communication
• Candidates with good English and willingness to learn will be preferred
