Performance Marketer / E-commerce Manager (Luxury Women’s Wear)
Our client is a high-end women’s fashion house built on timeless design, premium fabrics, and innovative textile technology. They are seeking a Performance Marketer / E-commerce Manager to scale their direct-to-consumer (DTC) online business.
Role Overview
Own and drive online sales, revenue growth, and digital performance by combining performance marketing, conversion optimization, and e-commerce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Manage and scale paid social and paid search budgets for profitability
- Own and optimize the e-commerce website
- Improve conversion rate, UX, and checkout performance
- Track and optimize full-funnel performance
- Manage tracking setup: Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Analytics
- Work with creative teams on ad creatives, campaigns, and landing pages
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in performance / growth / digital marketing
- Background in e-commerce or DTC brands (fashion/lifestyle preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and analytics
- Ability to balance data-driven growth with premium brand positioning
