Job description:Position for an Interior Designer:HRI (Private) Ltd is looking for an Interior Developer/Face of the Company (preferrably female) for its client.The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.Responsibilities:- Lead the talks with clients, vendors, and all stakeholders of the company- Planning related to Interior Designing- Draft Drawings- Must have an experience from start to finish in construction of houses/bungalows- Manage each Site allocated- On-site decision-making- Co-ordination with teams on each project assigned- Negotiation skills- Work closely with the engineers and the team- Co-up with the vendors and be able to negotiate with them- Ensure time-allocation and quality is of the highest order- Have experience of working with and building a new team- Have expertise in conflicts management. Be able to resolve conflicts as they arise- Have a problem-solving attitude and be able to recommend solutions when required- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suiteQualifications &amp; Experience:- Bachelor's degree- 5 - 6 years of experience in related field- Strong creative and communication skills- Demonstrated ability to executeThe desired candidate will be rewarded well including bonuses based on performance.
