About the Role
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chief Financial Officer (with an Internal Audit experience) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing internal audits, and implementing strategic financial planning. This is a senior-level position critical to our company’s financial health and operational transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits; serve as liaison with auditors.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and implement effective cash management strategies.
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Supervise and mentor finance and accounting teams.
- Collaborate with departments on strategic planning and operational initiatives.
- Communicate financial insights and analysis to senior management.
- Streamline financial processes and enhance reporting systems.
- Evaluate and strengthen internal controls across departments.
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Assist in ISO implementation and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Develop and implement SOP for procurement and finance operations.
- Conduct internal training's on financial compliance and best practices.
- Investigate anomalies, assess operational efficiency, and suggest improvements.
- Report procurement issues, compliance gaps, and financial risks to the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in financial management and internal audit, preferably in a senior role.
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field CA/ACCA/ICMA certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, internal controls, and auditing standards.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with ISO implementation and procurement processes is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
