Aroma Group is a growing organization committed to excellence across its business operations. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function and support the company's long-term growth and profitability.

Position Summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, cash flow management, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive financial expertise, and the ability to contribute to the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Lead long-term financial planning and business forecasting.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization.

Financial Management

• Prepare and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial data and present reports to senior management.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax laws, VAT requirements, and corporate governance standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies.
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Accounting & Reporting

• Supervise accounting operations and financial reporting processes.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.
• Establish performance objectives and promote professional development.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including senior management experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS, IAS, ISA and other financial standards is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
• Experience in scents & hospitality, or multi-branch operations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of business growth strategies and financial controls.
