Job Title: HR ExecutiveDepartment: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager / Head of HRJob Summary:The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing a range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation. The role ensures HR operations run smoothly and align with the organization&rsquo;s strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Coordinate the full recruitment cycle &mdash; from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and final hiring.</li><li>Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.</li><li>Conduct orientation sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.</li></ul>2. Employee Relations &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.</li><li>Support initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work culture.</li><li>Organize employee engagement activities and events.</li></ul>3.
