The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to own the coordination, warehousing, and last-mile delivery to customers. You'll be the backbone that ensures our products get to customers in all over Pakistan, on time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Maintain accurate real-time inventory records across all SKUs (for all products)
• Coordinate warehouse operations including receiving, storage, stock rotation, and dispatch
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Set and monitor reorder points/safety stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking

Order Fulfillment & Logistics

• Coordinate order fulfillment for Shopify orders across domestic markets
• Liaise with courier and freight partners for local delivery
• Manage Cash-on-Delivery (COD) reconciliation with logistics partners
• Track shipments, resolve delivery exceptions, and manage returns/exchanges

International Shipping & Compliance

• Coordinate documentation and customs clearance for shipments Aroma products
• Ensure compliance with FBR and relevant regulations
• Work closely with freight forwarding/customs partners to optimize shipping costs and transit times

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with the marketing and e-commerce team to align inventory availability with promotional campaigns and demand spikes
• Support retail expansion logistics as the brand grows into physical retail locations all over Pakistan
• Report regularly on supply chain KPIs (order fulfillment time, delivery accuracy, stock accuracy, cost per shipment) to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or inventory management (e-commerce/FMCG background preferred)
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a strong plus
• Experience with COD reconciliation and courier/freight coordination in Pakistan
• Understanding of international shipping documentation and customs processes
• Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills; ERP experience is a plus
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing company
