Supply Chain Executive – Imports

Dynamic Tooling Services is looking for a Supply Chain Executive – Imports to handle import documentation, shipment coordination, banking and customs-clearance follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, banks, freight forwarders and clearing agents
• Handle LCs, TTs, foreign remittances and import documents
• Track shipments and customs clearance
• Prepare import records, landed costing and shipment reports
• Preparation of management reports

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, International Business or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2 to 3 years of practical experience in imports, procurement, logistics or international trade. Experience in a trading, importing, distribution or manufacturing company will be preferred.

Required Skills:

Import documentation, Microsoft Excel,Quick Books , English email communication and knowledge of PSW/WeBOC.

Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Location : Blue Area Islamabad

Pay: Rs70,000.00 per month
