Position: Supply Chain - Manager (Head of Operations)
Department: Operations & Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain and operational activities.
• Source, manage, and procure the best quality materials in line with brand standards.
• Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure timely procurement of fabrics, trims, packaging, and other production requirements.
• Manage logistics, transportation, and delivery operations to ensure smooth product flow.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to support continuous product and service improvement.
• Plan, forecast, and maintain optimal inventory levels to support business growth and prevent stock shortages.
• Supervise quality control processes to ensure compliance with brand and product standards.
• Align, guide, and support cross-functional teams including procurement, merchandising, warehouse, and shipping.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipping performance.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost optimization.
• Handle operational challenges and supply chain disruptions through effective crisis management.

Requirements:

• MBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, or apparel manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garments, production processes, and quality standards.
• Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, logistics, inventory planning, and warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple functions simultaneously.
