Warehouse Manager

Education:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience:- 6–10 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Job Description:-

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory records through regular stock counts, reconciliations, and cycle counts.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Production teams to maintain stock availability.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve productivity and performance targets.
• Ensure timely order processing and dispatch in line with business requirements.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and maintain an organized storage system.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, prepare operational reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards within the warehouse.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and internal departments to ensure smooth movement of goods.
• Manage warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance of facilities.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
