WE ARE HIRING – Warehouse Manager

A leading Footwear Retail Company is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our team.

Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Ensure accurate stock management and maintain inventory records through the ERP system.
• Supervise inward and outward stock movements while ensuring proper documentation.
• Plan and monitor daily dispatches to branches and ensure timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and coordinate inventory audits.
• Monitor warehouse staff performance and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and maintain proper stock organization.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail Operations, and Procurement departments.
• Minimize stock discrepancies, damages, and losses through effective controls.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance and inventory reports.
• Ensure warehouse safety standards and operational efficiency are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred).
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in warehouse management.
• Candidates with experience in the Footwear Retail Industry will be highly preferred.
• Candidates with experience in the Fashion Industry will also be given preference.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, dispatch management, and stock reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/Inventory Management Systems.
• Excellent command of MS Excel and reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage warehouse teams and work under pressure.
