Employee Profile &amp; HR Data ManagementMaintain and update personnel files for all current employees.<ul><li>Create detailed HR profiles including job descriptions, performance history, qualifications, KPIs, and training records.</li><li>HR Improvement &amp; Advisory</li><li>Conduct a review of current HR practices, policies, and workforce capabilities.</li><li>Identify gaps in skills, structure, or performance and recommend improvements.</li><li>Suggest improvements in organizational structure, workflow, and job roles.</li><li>Recruitment &amp; Staffing</li><li>Understand staffing requirements through discussions with management.</li><li>Develop job descriptions for new positions.</li><li>Screening and shortlisting candidates</li><li>Conducting initial interviews</li><li>Coordinating final interviews</li><li>Recommend suitable candidates to management based on skills and company culture.</li><li>Assist in on boarding of selected employees.</li></ul>DELIVERABLES<ul><li>Updated and organized employee profile database.</li><li>Monthly HR activity and improvement report.</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 12 per weekEducation:<ul><li>Master's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>industrial or Services organisation: 6 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Responsibilities :<ul><li>Suppliers Management: .
