Job Description - Supply Chain Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to support day-to-day supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and managing logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily supply chain activities including procurement, inventory management, and distribution operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Track and analyze supply chain data and prepare reports for management review.
• Assist in supplier negotiations to obtain competitive pricing and service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and supply chain standards.
• Work closely with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and cost control.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or a related field.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
