Supply Chain Executive

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this role, you will coordinate the import, inventory management, regulatory clearing, and local distribution of raw materials (APIs, excipients, additives, flavors) for the pharmaceutical & food manufacturing sectors. Your goal is to ensure a seamless supply flow while optimizing costs and complying with strict local regulations.

• Import Documentation: Handle indents, Letters of Credit (LC), Proforma Invoices, Bills of Lading, and custom clearance paperwork.
• Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with regulatory teams to ensure shipments comply with the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP), Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA), and food safety boards.
• Supplier Coordination: Liaise with international ingredient manufacturers (primarily in China & Europe) regarding shipping schedules, delays, and quality certificates (CoA, Halal, GMP).
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track shelf life/expiry dates of sensitive ingredients, and maintain optimal reorder points.
• Warehouse & Logistics: Oversee specialized storage requirements (e.g., temperature-controlled environments for certain pharma ingredients) and coordinate third-party logistics (3PL) for local factory deliveries.
• Cost Optimization: Analyze freight rates, custom duties, and warehousing expenses to reduce overall landing costs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Lead Time Reduction: Minimizing the time between order placement and warehouse arrival.
• Inventory Accuracy: Maintaining precise stock counts and minimizing product expiry/wastage.
• Demurrage & Detention Control: Avoiding extra port charges through timely custom clearance.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
