Zia-Ul-Haq & Sons is looking for a Supply Chain Executive!

Job Title: Supply Chain Executive – (Balochi, Pashto, Speaking)

Location: RDMC Site, Quetta, Balochistan
Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

· Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.

· Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and regional vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

· Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.

· Coordinate with internal teams, project managers, and site staff to ensure material availability.

· Monitor supply chain KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant laws/regulations.

· Maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and authorities.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

· Proven experience in supply chain operations, preferably in the hospitality, Food & Beverages, or project-based industries.

· Fluency in Balochi or Pashto (mandatory) and good command of Urdu/English.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

· Ability to work in challenging site conditions and meet strict deadlines.

· Proficient in MS Office and supply chain management tools.

Experience: 6 - 7 years of relevant experience.

Location: Quetta – Balochistan Pakistan.
