Job Summary

The Senior Procurement & Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement operations across multiple categories, including General, IT, Electrical, and Food & Beverage. The role requires strong expertise in vendor management, strategic sourcing, and cost optimization while ensuring timely availability of goods and services to support operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement operations across General, IT, Electrical, and F&B categories in alignment with IPS Pakistan business requirements
• Develop, evaluate, and manage a reliable vendor base to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with vendors to achieve optimal value
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials to avoid operational disruptions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and plan procurement activities
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels, ensuring efficient stock management
• Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvements where necessary
• Ensure compliance with IPS procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements
• Identify and implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives
• Supervise procurement activities, including purchase orders, documentation, and reporting
• Handle vendor-related issues, discrepancies, and escalations professionally

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in procurement and purchasing
• Proven experience in multi-category procurement (General, IT, Electrical, and Food & Beverage)
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and sourcing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and procurement systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a structured corporate environment
• Knowledge of supply chain optimization and cost control strategies
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role
