Job description:

ETS is looking for a Business Development Executive to support RFPs, RFQs, and bid opportunities with a focus on U.S. federal contracts. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in international business development and federal proposal management.

What you will do:

  • Track and manage federal RFP, RFQ, and bid opportunities on U.S. government portals
  • Maintain opportunity trackers, submission calendars, and compliance checklists
  • Assist in preparing proposals, capability statements, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate inputs from internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions
  • Review bid documents, addenda, and eligibility requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree (any major)
  • Strong written English and high attention to detail
  • Interest in proposals, federal contracting, or business development
  • Comfortable working with structured processes, deadlines, and compliance requirements

Nice-to-have:

  • 1–2 years in proposals, sales support, or business development
  • Exposure to U.S. federal contracts or public-sector procurement
