Business Development Excutive (BD)

Job Title: Business Development Excutive (BD)

Company: Apex

Location: Lahore, Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn; qualify prospects and schedule product demos.
  • Generate outbound opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through market research and personalized outreach campaigns.
  • Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and service agreements in coordination with Sales Leads.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, track deal stages, and prepare weekly performance reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Docs, and PowerPoint
  • Upwork and LinkedIn sales Navigator basic Knowledge

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills
  • Confident in cold calling and objection handling
  • Professional documentation and email writing skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in SaaS / B2B software sales, Freshers with exceptional skills can also be shortlisted.
  • HRMS or enterprise software experience preferred
  • Upwork or LinkedIn sales Navigator basic Knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
