Job Title: Business Development Excutive (BD)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn; qualify prospects and schedule product demos.
- Generate outbound opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through market research and personalized outreach campaigns.
- Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and service agreements in coordination with Sales Leads.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, track deal stages, and prepare weekly performance reports.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Familiarity with email marketing tools
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Docs, and PowerPoint
- Upwork and LinkedIn sales Navigator basic Knowledge
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills
- Confident in cold calling and objection handling
- Professional documentation and email writing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in SaaS / B2B software sales, Freshers with exceptional skills can also be shortlisted.
- HRMS or enterprise software experience preferred
- Upwork or LinkedIn sales Navigator basic Knowledge

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
