Job Title: Production Manager &ndash; Injection MouldingCompany: Ilyas Plastic Industry, Gujranwala Experience Required: 5&ndash;6 Years (Plastic Injection Moulding) Qualification: BSc / DAE Mechanical Contact: 0300-4872067Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Production Manager for our Plastic Injection Moulding Unit who has strong technical knowledge of machines, molds, production planning, and team supervision.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Daily production planning &amp; ensure achievement of production targets.</li><li>Operate, manage &amp; troubleshoot injection molding machines (Plastic &amp; PVC).</li><li>Oversee mold changeovers, machine setups &amp; optimal cycle time settings.</li><li>Monitor quality parameters and reduce rejection percentage.</li><li>Ensure proper maintenance of machines (preventive &amp; corrective).</li><li>Lead, train &amp; supervise production staff, operators &amp; helpers.</li><li>Maintain production reports, material usage &amp; wastage control.</li><li>Coordinate with QC, Store, Maintenance &amp; Management for smooth operations.</li><li>Ensure safety standards &amp; 5S implementation on the shop floor.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Expertise<ul><li>Strong technical understanding of injection molding process.</li><li>Ability to handle a team of 20&ndash;30 workers.</li><li>Experience in mold troubleshooting, settings &amp; machine efficiency.</li><li>Knowledge of plastic raw materials (PP, PE, PVC, HIPS, GP etc.).</li><li>Strong problem-solving &amp; decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
