Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation & Data Scraping Specialist to support our sales teams by collecting, organizing, and managing high-quality leads and business data. The ideal candidate should have experience with LinkedIn research, web scraping, data extraction, and maintaining accurate databases.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct lead generation through LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and online platforms
Extract and collect accurate contact information (emails, profiles, company details, etc.)
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools to identify potential leads
Perform web research and data mining activities
Build, verify, and maintain lead databases in Excel/CRM systems
Clean and validate collected data to ensure accuracy
Use scraping tools and automation techniques for efficient data collection
Identify target companies, decision-makers, and relevant prospects
Prepare daily/weekly lead generation reports
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality

Requirements:
1+ years of experience in lead generation, web research, or data scraping
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and online research
Knowledge of scraping tools and data extraction methods
Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
Understanding of B2B lead generation processes
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience with tools like Apollo, Snov.io, Hunter, Phantombuster, Octoparse, Instant Data Scraper, etc.
Knowledge of email verification and enrichment tools
Basic understanding of sales funnels and prospecting

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
