Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth strategy. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and capable of generating sustainable revenue through strategic planning and market development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital platforms.
  • Arrange and conduct client meetings and presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve assigned targets.
  • Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth service execution.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain updated client database and sales pipeline.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • MBA (Marketing) will be preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
