To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for new Account Executive


Job purpose:


Maintain the relationship with the existing key accounts (Medium & Large) within Geidea KSA Sales function, along with acquiring new ones.


Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Ability to present and discuss the solutions modules and address the customer different requirements across the following department (Operation, Finance, Management, ITS, etc)
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for all products.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts.
  • Track and report on his/her sales performance (Number of POS, customer explanation Plan)
  • Stay up to Date with the product new realized, Feature and roadmap.
  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans, including the Upselling for the company other solutions.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Manage customer accounts including customer satisfaction, new expansion, new business opportunities.
  • Support and coordinate invoicing, collections, follow-ups and handling new customer requirements.
  • Maintain his/her sales forecast report in daily basis and being ready for detailed discussion in weekly basis.
  • Being a knowledge source for the solution among the other company departments.


Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Business or payment background
  • Technology background\knowledge is preferred
  • Extensive experience in closing sales deals
  • Good English, written and spoken
